We talked to Warren to understand his take on his recent move and how his experience with Simple Moving Labor turned out for him.

Here’s Warren and Geraldine’s story.

After living in Torrance, CA for 45 years, Warren Noack knew it was time to move out and head to Boulder City, NV.

“We lived in Torrance for about 45 years, we raised our children and we were happy there, but it was time to make that move.”

He mentioned that it was hard to leave Torrance because that is where their life was. However, he knew moving to Boulder City would give him and Geraldine a new start since his children are now all grown up.

Warren said his booking process went smoothly. SML Sales Representatives guided him throughout. He said the entire process was very simple and straightforward.

We recommended the Pro-Movers to help him load the truck in California and unload in Nevada. He had already made prior arrangements for unloading help at the other side.

“Completing the contract was very easy and before we knew it, the movers were there loading up our truck.”

Moving day arrived and SML’s Pro-Movers called Warren to let him know they were on their way. They arrived on time and set straight to work.

“It was a pleasant experience. Charlie and Luis worked all the way through and packed the truck like they had done it a million times.”

Since Warren’s son and daughter also assisted with the move, their 3-bedroom home was loaded in less than two hours. Though we cannot guarantee how long it takes to load/unload a truck, our professional crews work fast and efficient throughout the moving process.

His only moving headache was some slight scratches to his dining chairs. Warren said it was difficult to place the chairs in the truck and resulted in some damage.

Although there was a mishap, we advised Warren can file a damage claim and we will help him throughout the process.

At their destination, Warren used a different moving company. “They were not as efficient as our loading crew because this crew was not as capable and careful like the movers SML provided.”

Happy in Boulder City, Warren and his wife Geraldine said they will use SML if they ever move again and will also recommend SML to their friends and family.
