Damage Claims:
Helper crews are not licensed movers; as such, their work is not insured. Helper crews are not permitted to load/unload particularly large or exceptionally heavy or delicate items such as pool/billiard tables, pianos, grandfather clocks, safes and hot tubs (please inquire with one of our customer service agents if you are concerned about a particular item(s)). If you have any items that meet this description please be prepared to identify them prior to booking you job.
Simple Moving Labor is an independently owned and operated company and has no affiliation with any of our referral or linking partners. Our referral and linking partners make no warranty as to any services provided by Simple Moving Labor.
Important Notice:
A 10% processing fee will be added to the final total. There is a minimum timeframe on each job and a travel fee may apply in some cases. At the completion of each job the final balance will be charged to the credit card left on file unless other arrangements have been made. SML implements a 72-hour cancellation policy; any scheduled job within this timeframe that requires date/time changes or is cancelled may be subject to forfeiture of deposit.
