HOW TO FILE A MOVING CLAIM

Simple Moving Labor works hard to prevent problems for our customers. Unfortunately we understand that not every move will go as smoothly as anticipated. That is why we offer insurance for customers who choose our premium 'Mover Service'. We work diligently to process any claim we receive as quickly and as accurately as possible. If you feel your furniture was damaged during a load or an unload (travel between locations does not apply to this service) then download the forms and follow the instructions to submit a claim. We will work with you to resolve any damage you have due to error loading or unloading your rental truck.

Be advised that our Standard Assistance and Solo Assistance does not apply to our insurance and will not be covered under any circumstances.
